Paul Debs, President is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Hearn as a Director of Business Development at ATSC-IES. Vince is joining ATSC with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Procurement and Acquisitions certifications from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and over 25 years of experience working in Sales, Business Development and Program Management.  He has held key executive level positions with both large and small federal contractors throughout multiple industries within the DoD space. After retiring from the United States Air Force and earning a Purple Heart, Vince had a strong desire to provide our war-fighters and allies with the best of new emerging technology, which is what drives him to be successful in this business. 

Over the years, Vince has expanded his reach into working not just with the US DoD, but also with our allies globally. Vince is well connected in both the International Global Business Development arena and within the US Department of Defense. He is excited to bring his past experience in both Precision Air Drop and Communications to ATSC.

Even though he has lived all over the world both as a child and adult, Vince considers himself a native Arizonian. Vince has 3 grown kids and 6 grandkids. He currently lives in Scottsdale, AZ and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife, Cassy, and their Akita, Kohi.
