Jim Williams, President of STARA Technologies, an ATSC Company, is pleased to announce the award of two contracts for their exclusive Air Drop product to the U.S. Department of Defense.  This effort is intended to result in providing a Precision Air Drop System to military customers for targeted delivery.  This award allows the upward mobility of the STARA- ATSC team in this limited field of expertise.
