Advanced Technology Systems Company is committed to designing and
manufacturing innovative, reliable, and high quality systems for the
video surveillance of remote sites that have little or no
infrastructure. We offer complete system design/installation options
based around our custom PC based video management system and Falcon-Eye
video compression system. We have also developed advanced
systems for the law enforcement market. Our customers include law
enforcement agencies, schools, power generation plants, and
industrial facilities.
Advanced Technology Systems Company strives to provide our best in
customer service. We warranty all of our products and are available

Ø Falcon-Eye Video Compression
System
In today's environment, borders and critical infrastructure
facilities require constant monitoring. Due to the lack of
infrastructure along borders and near critical systems like water
reservoirs and bridges the installation of video surveillance
equipment is cost prohibitive. ATSC can provide cost effective
solutions to cover any location anywhere in the world. Our design
team can provide you with a custom multi-camera network and command
center to monitor your perimeter without the need for fiber, twisted
pair, or even power at the camera locations. The Falcon-Eye
Video Compression System uses the latest technology to send video
feed over any availible kind of network (GSM, regular cell phone,
mesh network, LAN, etc.) to provide the user with cost effective
go-anywhere video surveillance. Click here

Ø MBSS 3000

ATSC has designed and assembled a Mobile Border Surveillance System
that can be placed anywhere in the world to provide high-resolution
video, infrared, and radar surveillance. The unit can be mounted on
a vehicle or at an existing stationary site. It also comes as a
quick-deploy man portable unit or mounted on a portable tower
trailer that can be moved to any location and set up in just
minutes. Multiple units automatically link to a centralized command
station via their built-in mesh networking capabilities. Please

Ø Asset
Visibility
Eight Falcon-Eye systems were installed at the Honeywell plant at
Chesterfield. The eight systems are used to oversee a four mile
perimeter. The head security director at Honeywell appreciates the
storage capabilities of Falcon-Eye. No swapping of tapes is required
since everything is saved to a hard drive. The current setup at
Honeywell can record for about 200 days (24 hours a day) for four
systems before any further back of up files is required. The head
security director at Honeywell also appreciates the Falcon-Eye's
surveillance capabilities during everyday things such as vehicle
damage in a parking lot. When a worker reports that his or her
vehicle suffered a hit and run, the security director can look into
the backup videos from that parking lot and give the video to the
worker so he or she may pursue compensation. Click

projects.
Ø CCTV
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system is intended to provide the operator with visual information within the surveyed area. A powerful set of tools implemented in the Navi-Harbour for the control of several CCTV units allows security and safety in the system responsibility area to be greatly improved.
The CCTV system comprises a day/night color camera with an automatic long-focus lens in a weather-proof housing installed on a robust pedestal with remote control capability. The pan/tilt controller of the camera is fully integrated with radar/AIS tracking subsystems. The high stability and positioning accuracy of the TRANSAS CCTV system are unique, compared to standard industrial surveillance CCTV solutions.
Ø Biometrics
Most access control systems in place today use proximity cards or
identification numbers to allow/deny access to secure areas.
Unfortunately, these systems can not determine weather the card
being used actually belongs to the user, which can allow security
breaches. ATSC can provide and integrate multiple biometric
technologies including fingerprint, palm print, iris and facial
recognition systems. Along with proximity cards, these systems
provide an additional layer of security and significantly reduce the
chances of a breach.
Ø NVG (Night Vision Goggles) Falcon-Eye NVB-200 Night Vision Binocular
The NVB-2000 is a high performance modular, hand-held night vision goggle/binocular system. It utilizes a dual, MIL-SPEC M801 (MX9916/uv) Generation II+ image intensifier tubes to provide crisp, clear images under the darkest conditions. The NVB-2000 is the only affordable binocular that is currently available on the market to offer a true stereoscopic night vision system in superior Generation II+ configuration. Its unique patented design eliminates need for interpupillary adjustment and reduces the size and weight of the unit. Included are all of the advanced features of the Generation II+ tubes such as automatic brightness and gain control, bight light protection and high gain. Image tubes operate electronically independent of each other, making for excellent redundant reliability. The integrated near-IR illuminator enhances the ability of the user to operate in confined spaces. The NVB-2000 can be configured as a goggle with 1x objectives that enlarge field of view to 40° and can be quickly attached to an ambidextrous headmount assembly for hands-free use. It can be field converted into a powerful 3.2x night vision binocular by simple replacement of the front objectives. Assembled and tested in USA the NVB-2000 covered by One-Year limited warranty.
