Engineering project manager for analysis of foreign markets, interaction with foreign clients for new products & services in the defense export market, identify, research & analyze upcoming technologies for potential sales under U.S. export laws. Manage existing projects; convert technical specifications, using MS Projects or equivalent. Master's degree in Defense & Strategic Studies or closely related field or Bachelor's degree in Engineering & at least 5 years combined exp. in engineering project management & U.S. government contracts.
